1. Refund for Services: a. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Once you have booked and received the services/consultation, no refunds will be provided. b. We strive to provide the highest quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues regarding the service you received, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address and resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

2. Refund for Products: a. If you have purchased any physical products from Bookourpandit.com, such as books or merchandise, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions: i. You must request a return within 24 hours of product delivery. ii. The product must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. iii. Upon receiving the returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours. iv. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
